Hi all,

Been playing NS2 for awhile now just in public games and looking to increase my skill/knowledge of the game. I have a little over 500 hours on my Steam account ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197982698365/ ).

Looking to join a team for the upcoming tournament. I have skill/experience with many old-school first person shooters such as Quake / Quake 3 / Quake Live / Serious Sam / Unreal Tournament etc. Generally I do well in public games but have never played competitively so I'm sure that my skill is much less than I think it is.

Not looking for anything too serious. Any team in need of a player is fine for me. Mostly looking to improve my teamwork / team play skills as that has always been something I've struggled with in the past. Thanks all and look forward to potentially playing in the upcoming tourney!

Now that you made a post looking for a team, I would recommend signing up and playing gathers whenever you can. Playing gathers will help you learn the basics of competitive play, get your name out there, and increase the chances of you finding a team.

Would join ATV. DCDarkling is their leader. Good team for beginners. Very friendly teammates and not toxic when you are doing mistakes. Best team when you are new in the ensl.

I'd say that ATV would be ideal tbh, but Monster is NA, and atv are EU, i'm not sure if that will cause issues or not.
