Mouse: Logitech G502
800 dpi
5 in game sensitivity
Keyboard: Logitech G710+ mechanical keyboard
Arrow keys to move around
I always get laughed at for this:
a = left
s = right
d = forward
f = backward
don't know if you call this crazy but I switched my RMB and spacebar

I'm assuming you still jump with space but how do you for instance sneak as a skulk ? Mouse button ? 6th finger ?
NS2 quotes :
"We need an exo ! With gatling and shit !"
"C'mon Onos ! Move your fat ass !"
"I need a medical bag"
"Dude ! Grab your balls and let's push maintenance !"

"Standard" Quake config :D
I'm guessing schu is lefthanded.
Never heard of anyone using asdf as movement keys before either, but moving around the "pattern" is pretty common :P
I pretty much use standard config for ns2. I rebound the map to the F key to resemble NS1 config. Alien vision moved to T o_O

asdf isn't that uncommon, can't really remember if the people i remember using it were in NS1 or other games though. Spring's esdf is definately more common than that. Rantology still wins the special award. :D
I use arrow keys. because that is what the games in the old school used. Which is also why I still use a keyboard made in 2001. not flat arrows keys. it has curvature
my mouse is a G9x. my walkis the back thumb button.
scroll right is reload, wheel up and down switches weaps.
however i also use the numpad for weap changes.
del/end/pgdn are mist/meds/ammo
pgup is scores. its a habit from CS as i should bind pgup to +showscores;stopsound
/ is a secondary reload
' is my mumble transmit key but also binded to forward thumb key on mouse

It's not mine, but I'd like to throw in a nomination for craziest configuration to the ENSL forums.
I use high sensitivity and non-skid wheels for my chair. sometimes i get bed sores.
standard config cause im bad
