We are currently a div 3 team and are looking for a commander who is able to command on both marine and alien side on equal level (at least roughly). He should be able to do calls and not rely on a field commander. We are not expecting to micromanage the positioning of each member but let the team know what they are supposed to do. (For example: "I want to drop a hive, scout that area" or "focus mainly on that area now")

I don't care where the commander is coming from (so NA is welcome aswell) just be aware that you would have to join TAW.
